Add signature for libvirt_5.3.0.orig.tar.xz

Andrea Bolognani requested to merge abologna/libvirt:orig-signature into pristine-tar

We already have upstream's signing key in debian/upstream/signing-key.asc, but that's not very useful if we're not including upstream's signature along with the .orig.tar.xz. We should start doing that.

Hopefully at some point in the future pristine-tar will import and export the signature for us, but in the meantime doing it manually is better than not doing it at all.

Note that I've only added the signature for 5.3.0, as that's the only one we could include in an upload; I'm however willing to add signatures for all releases we've imported via pristine-tar if that's deemed to be a good idea.
