The source project of this merge request has been removed.
t/tests/watch-file-pgpmode-next: Add lintian options '-I -E' to existing '--pedantic'.
The original author may have accidentally omitted the Lintian command line options -I -E for this test when replacing them with --pedantic. The missing options are more or less standard throughout the test suite. This merge request adds the missing options. It add also adds secure URLs to debian/debian/watch to prevent warnings. Thank you!
