Format-independent file hierarchy for test specifications
This merge request implements a new file hierarchy for test specifications. Per the updated README, it uses the following locations:
debian Debian packaging files
diff Files overridden from orig (debian-diff)
orig Any original source files, even for native packagesPlease do not merge if t/tests was modified after 6ff5555e. Thank you!
