Add HTTP boot support

Include kernel modules needed for pmem devices: of_pmem, nd_pmem, nfit.

See https://lists.debian.org/debian-boot/2025/02/msg00100.html for the equivalent d-i work.

live-boot already goes through all block devices, so no need to explicitly add /dev/pmem here.
