config: fix wrong saved value for parent archive areas

Lyndon Brown requested to merge jnqnfe/live-build:wrong_parent_archive_areas into master

note that this is saved in config/build, which may be misunderstood to just be an information file, but it is not, it is a config file in a different format to the rest, resulting from an incomplete transition to this format started back in v4.0~a6-1!

thus this mistake actually breaks use of --parent-archive-areas!
