init: warn if auto script exists but is not executable

Lyndon Brown requested to merge jnqnfe/live-build:auto_exe_warn into master

as titled, if the user has a auto script but it's mistakenly not got the execute bit set and thus will be ignored, warn the user so they know about the problem.
