Updates to the rebuild script

Roland Clobus requested to merge rclobus-guest/live-build:rclobus/rebuild_script_part3 into master
  • The rebuild script can be started by a regular user with a suitable configured sudoers or by root
    Root usage is e.g. intended for the live-setup scenario, where a VM is started to generate the live images
  • Prevent leaking local environment variables into the sub shells
