Fixes for the debian-installer

Roland Clobus requested to merge rclobus-guest/live-build:rclobus/installer_fixes into master
  • The chroot does not contain fakeroot
  • The kernel version numbering has changed
  • grub-common is no longer automagically available for the installer

These will fix the build failures on Jenkins for the daily builds of sid
