installer: offline installation with calamares

Roland Clobus requested to merge rclobus-guest/live-build:rclobus/offline_calamares into master

After MR calamares-settings-debian!5 (merged) was fixed for Calamares, the live installer now needs grub-efi as well when running the installer in offline mode.
