Stop renumbering and renaming upstream udev rules

Renumbering and renaming upstream udev rules makes Debian different from other distributions and breaks Dracut. The Dracut Debian package would need to carry a patch. If Debian wants to change those, discuss it with the upstream maintainers and providing good rationale.

I found no reason why Debian renumbered and renamed the upstream udev rules. So stop renumbering and renaming upstream udev rules.
