• debian/copyright: Updated and reorganized LXQt team and Razor team copyrights.
• debian/copyright: Added myself and Simon to the debian/* copyright, and did reformatting.
• debian/copyright: Overhauled copyright file.
• debian/watch: Overhauled watch file to make it compatible with GitHub again.
