Fix some issues reported by lintian

  • Trim trailing whitespace.
  • Use versioned copyright format URI.
  • Update copyright file header to use current field names (Name => Upstream-Name, Maintainer => Upstream-Contact)
  • Update standards version to 4.4.1, no changes needed.
  • Remove patches paths.patch that are missing from debian/patches/series.
  • Fix broken Vcs URL.
  • Rely on pre-initialized dpkg-architecture variables.
