re-organize import.sh command line [./import.sh alioth-project git-repo salsa-group ]

Vasudev Kamath requested to merge vasudev/salsa-scripts:master into master

Instead of providing full URL of old repo, provide only the alioth project name repository and salsa group. Since Alioth URL is known we can hard code it with in the script.
