WIP: Calculate memory usage and availablility before actually mounting initramfs

Tim requested to merge calculate-ram into suspend

It works fine on systems without swap.

TODO:

  • We need the c-program to actually push ram out of swap
  • We need to find a value, which we reserve for kernel and sundries
