Make me run on Ubuntu Eoan

Tim requested to merge ubuntu into suspend
  • Ubuntu includes AMD and Intel microcode in initramfs -> it needs more space in tmpfs
  • Ubuntu packs initramfs with lzma -> Re-introduce unmkinitramfs with correct handling of the destination folder
