Escape dollar signs in markdown

Hanno Böck requested to merge hanno/archvsync:fixmarkdownescape into master

This escapes the dollar ($) sign, which appears to be interepreted by the Markdown renderer as some kind of formatting, making this part unreadable.

There are other occurences of dollar signs in the README which probably should be escaped as well, but which do not appear to cause problems, I am unsure why that is.
