as Bug#980204 was resolved in Bookworm

e.g. ppc64el fails to run savegames in 1 minute resulting in:
116s timeout: sending signal TERM to command ‘xvfb-run’

ci.debian.net reports:
savegames            FAIL stderr: failed to load driver: zink

MESA: error: ZINK: vkCreateInstance failed (VK_ERROR_INCOMPATIBLE_DRIVER)
glx: failed to create drisw screen

fix package-contains-documentation-outside-usr-share-doc lintian warning for usr/share/games/ironseed/data/planname.txt

For same reason, Bookworm lintian 2.116.3 does not work when trying to override just that one file, instead it throws two warnings:
