Enable Salsa CI

Santiago R.R. requested to merge santiago/nss:enable-salsa-ci into master

This requires to configure CI in the nss project first. If you want to accept it, please configure it by Settings -> CI/CD (on the expanded menu, don't click on the CI / CD rocket) -> General Pipelines -> CI/CD configuration file, and set it to debian/salsa-ci.yml.

A pipeline example can be found in the Pipeline information of this very merge request.
