Draft: Drop override of --libexecdir

Drop override of --libexecdir, because of that v4l2-compat.so ends up in the same folder as IPA modules and IPA manager tries to parse it leading to errors.

With this change, v4l2-compat.so and *_ipa_proxy are now located in usr/libexec/libcamera/ instead of usr/lib/$(DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH)/libcamera/. Thus, both libcamera-ipa and libcamera-v4l2 are no longer marked as "Multi-Arch: same".
