Add missing detection for aarch64

This avoids to use imprecise math along with the FPM_DEFAULT flag on aarch64 targets

This fixes Debian bug #1108249

The CI failure is unrelated. I have tested the issue and the fix in my PPA:daschuer/mixxx

Mixxx has a unit test for the precision of the audio codecs.
