Update madrisan-nagios-plugins-linux and make check_hpasm build for me

Updates the madrisan-nagios-plugins-linux checks for their git version as of July 2022.

The build then failed on bullseye (-backports) because automake-1.15 was missing. That was resolved by running aclocal and family.
