Small change on PP1 intro

I'm willing to encourage applicants to provide docs URLs when they use them to answer a question. I find that the ability to find answers in official Debian documentation should be evaluated. Personally, as an AM, many times I also want to be sure they know about this and that documentation, or section of a documentation. But I don't want to provide them with URLs all the time over the process. Talking to other FD/AMs in person during DC25, I had the impression we agree with that.
