Update German translation

Philip Rinn requested to merge rinni/nm.debian.org:update_translation into master

As I'm currently in the process of becoming a DD, I came across a few missing or wrong translations and thought fixing them might be a good idea. I kept all fixed expressions like "Debian Free Software Guidelines" untranslated to avoid confusion.
