Draft: [-24, master] d/rules: remove stack size workarounds for power architectures, sparc, alpha and s390x. Enable armhf hotspot.

Validating - looks like we do not need stack size patch (the JDK defaults to 2048). -Xss was not doing anything to prevent stack overflow and it is not reproducible with the latest builds. armhf hotspot builds again.

Note: we can merge the same thing to -23 but it is not necessary as -23 EOLs in March.
