Use libtestng7-java as jtreg dependency

Changes:

  • Use libtestng7-java as jtreg6 dependency as TestNG 7.x is required in runtime. Regenerate control.

In order to do a sync to Ubuntu we need to have identical control file in the package. As we now have testng7 in Debian, we can update the rules and control file.

Testing:

  • built in a local chroot.

Notice: to get all the tests passing we will also need to do jtreg6 upload.
