openjdk-17: Link jquery-3.6.1.min.js to jquery.min.js rather than jquery.min-ui.js (Closes: 998763).

Changes:

• Link jquery-3.6.1.min.js to jquery.min.js rather than jquery.min-ui.js

openjdk-21 and master do not have this issue.

Testing:

• rebuild in mantic chroot
• installed doc package
• validated that api docs are searchable (using downloaded firefox)

Note:

• firefox snap and chrome snap do not follow symlinks
