Bump to upstream version 3.2.2

I wanted to use 3.2.2 (for virtual file support) in Bullseye so created a working version with minimal changes. Pretty sure this format is completely off, but I got confused by the multiple upstreams here (salsa vs nextcloud). So feel free to take was is useful and discard the rest.
