rename /usr/bin/gearmand to /usr/bin/gearmand-perl to avoid name conflict with gearman-job-server, see #1076226

The MR suppose to rename /usr/bin/gearmand to /usr/bin/gearmand-perl to avoid name conflict with gearman-job-server, see #1076226 Taking into account that gearman-server has low popcon value (14) it seems to be easier to fix gearman-server package instead of gearman-job-server.
