Use new Lintian interface in checks.

Hi,

Lintian upgraded the interface for checks. Do these edits work? They are untested.

Also, I am not sure if the changes require libmoo-perl and libnamespace-clean-perl as additional prerequisites but lintian, on which your package depends, already requires them.
