Build DejaVu .ufm files

Robin Gustafsson requested to merge dejavu-ufm into debian/unstable

Upstream's embedded DejaVu fonts were excluded from this package. The .ttf files are instead linked to the ones in the fonts-dejavu package, but the .ufm files are missing.

This change creates .ufm files from those .ttf files at build-time.

I haven't tested these files as I don't have a use-case for them myself. I've sanity checked the approach by comparing some of the generated files to upstream's files - they're close to identical.
