confmodule.sh: Remove obsolete file

Gioele Barabucci requested to merge gioele/debconf:confmodule-sh-remove into master

confmodule.sh has been declared obsolete in 2000 and no Debian package uses it, nor used for years (according to historical data from bincontrol.d.n).
