Add patch to mark compatible with GNOME Shell 47

@hertzog We intend to upload GNOME Shell 47 to Unstable soon after 47.0 is released which is expected in a few days. This could be uploaded now to make that smoother.

You might also want to see hamster-time-tracker!3 (merged) since the issue I mentioned there prevents the extension from working in a clean Debian GNOME Testing/Unstable install.
