RTS parser: don't add trailing whitespace when setting field values

RTS parser: don't add trailing whitespace when setting field values that start with a newline. Closes: #1013485

This fixes a regression in lintian-brush & debmutate when they switched over to the RTS parser and makes the RTS parser behave more like the original deb822 module.
