- d/t/control: add superficial test to catch problems
- d/salsa-ci.yml: add salsa CI
- d/p/fix-compatibility-with-py3.13.patch: add new patch
- d/rules: rm scripts dir, it only contained an empty init.py file
- d/lintian-overrides: fix override message that was outdated
