Add AppStream metadata

Gufw is missing in Debian and Ubuntu GUI software centers because of the AppStream metadata issues. This MR should fix it by providing a proper metainfo file instead of relying on appstream-generator (that fails for some reason) to generate the metadata from a desktop file.
Tested and works as expected.
