d/t/{control,unittest}: enable testing for python3-linkify-it

Ural Tunaboyu requested to merge uralt/markdown-it-py:enable-linkify-testing into debian/master

As part of the last set of changes adding an explicit dependency on python3-linkify-it, it should also be possible to run the entire test suite without excluding linkify now. I have tested this locally and the whole suite passes as expected.
