Sync salsa with current debian revision and update the upstream release

This is a MR to sync salsa with the current revision on debian and update the upstream release, I'll work on packaging on next days, my objective is to update the release to plugin work with new pylint releases (>=3). At the moment, the debian unstable return a error when test it.
