This MR adopts the python-editables package following the orphaning in 1093730.

Changes:

  • New maintainer with Debian Python Team as Maintainer
  • Added myself (Mahangu Weerasinghe) to Uploaders
  • Updated Standards-Version to 4.7.2
  • Added Bug-Database and Bug-Submit to upstream metadata
  • Updated debian/watch to version 5

Testing:

  • Built successfully in clean chroot
  • All tests pass
  • Lintian clean
