introduce dpt-maint profile

Agathe Porte requested to merge gagath/pypi2deb:feat-introduce-dpt-maint-profile into master

This profile is introduced for when you want:

  • DPT as maintainer
  • Yourself as uploader

Instead of the previous "dpt" profile, which is:

  • Yourself as maintainer
  • DPT as uploader

This new profile uses symlinks when possible to reduce redundancies.
