Allow login via another SSO

Now that sso.debian.org will be going away, is there a plan to replace this with another SSO solution? If SSO apart from sso.debian.org is not yet an implemented feature in distro-tracker, I'd be happy to take some time to work on this (maybe targeting salsa). Not sure how big a change that would be, though.
