archlinux: skip running tests for continious rebuilds

Jelle van der Waa requested to merge jelle/jenkins.debian.net:arch_skip_check into master

Running check tests does not alter the build 'artifact' i.e. pkg.tar.xz. Passing --nocheck skips running tests and should speed up builds and lead to less build failures.
