Stop using the aqbanking sequence in debhelper

Due to some package re-organization introduced in libaqbanking 4.99.40beta-1 the aqbanking debhelper extension isn't needed anymore.

There is no hurry required, so this can be merged and uploaded to Debian together with the next regular upload.
