Migrate to Qt6

Philip Rinn requested to merge rinni/qtspell:MR/qt6-migration into master

As gImageReader is the only rdep of QtSpell and I plan to move the Qt variant to Qt6, I think only providing the variant gImageReader needs is the easiest way to go forward.

I'd appreciate an upload to experimental first so we can easier coordinate the round through NEW for QtSpell and gImageReader.
