control: Depend on kdepim in the version generated by debian/control

Michael Karcher requested to merge mkarcher-guest/meta-kde:patch-2 into master

This merge request is one way to fix the uninstallability of kde-full, by relaxing the dependency in debian/control. The other way to fix the uninstallability is to have the version of kdepim adjusted to be consistent with MINIMUM_KDEPIM_VERSION, which is suggested in !4 (closed)
