• qrca was packaged by Salvo but didn't make it for trixie, let's include it now
• add libgdk-pixbuf2.0-bin to the recommends of the plasma-mobile-core metapackage. Even if the photo gallery app isn't installed, it gets useful for other shell's features, like showing screnshots' thumbnail in the notification.
