Hello,

Latest NeoChat and LibQuotient are supposed to fix some encryption uses.

LibQuotient 0.8.2, built on Qt6, just got pushed to experimental.

I upgraded the control file to build NeoChat on Qt6/KF6, configuration and build works, but tests fails on "licensecheck" step.
