Ok, this was tough...
@coucouf As you've probably heard, the pipeline job to build the amd64 package times out. Then I've built the amd64 binary locally with sbuild and tested within Mobian amd64 VM. I've logged in with my Matrix account, opened some room, played a bit with settings: there seems to be no breakage.
Lintian now has only the following info, IMO we can live with it. If I find the time, I will open an MR upstream to add such keyword, as I already did in the past for other apps.

About the patch: if I knew earlier that KF6.16 was required, I would have waited before looking into neochat. But I was already more-than-halfway through it, then IMO we can ship 25.08.0 with the patch. I leave the final decision to you
