The autopkgtest was failing because it couldn't find the tests (hence #1102345, which is already closed as it was filed as a "fails to migrate to testing for too long" bug.)

This happened because the 'generic' mode of dh-make-R is incompatible with r-cran-testthat; I will report that bug separately.

Run tests from the correct directory.
