Various minor things

Hello,

This is my first PR MR against this project.

This MR:

• Add myself in the contributors, and my contributions lately has been against the Composer package manager: (https://github.com/composer/composer/pull/11505 and https://github.com/composer/composer/pull/11663)
• Fix a broken link on the NixOS page
• Sort publications by date and add a paper from Marcel Fourne (https://marcelfourne.de/fourne-reproducible-builds-2023.pdf)
