Replace CI test link for Arch Linux with external instance
requested to merge RyanSquared/reproducible-website:ryansquared/update-archlinux-citests into master
The current Arch Linux reproducible builds instance appears to no longer be keeping up with Arch Linux packages (as of late 2023). This change would now point to a rebuilderd instance hosted by Arch Linux.
